Before starting any financing application, the user must carefully read these Terms and Conditions. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, the user agrees to be bound by the terms described herein.
Role of Collage Investments
Collage Investments acts as a marketing company and referral channel for the acquisition of mobile and technological devices with financing options in the Dominican Republic.
Collage does not directly grant credit, nor does it perform credit evaluations.
Role of SMARTPAY
Device financing is managed and granted exclusively by SMARTPAY, a local partner in the Dominican Republic, in accordance with its internal policies, evaluation processes, and commercial conditions.
The approval or rejection of a financing application depends solely on SMARTPAY.
Application Process
The user may:
Select the device of their choice.
Opt for the available financing modality.
Complete the application digitally or with assistance from the Collage team.
Receive approval response and conditions directly from the financing provider.
Evaluation and Use of Information
By starting a financing application, the user authorizes SMARTPAY to:
Verify their personal, financial, and credit information.
Validate data through legally permitted sources in the Dominican Republic.
Contact the applicant via digital, telephone, or in-person means.
The information will be treated in accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.
Transparency and Availability
The user can consult general information about products and financing options without the need to provide personal data until the moment of starting a formal application.
Limitation of Liability
Collage Investments does not guarantee:
The approval of the financing.
Specific conditions regarding rates, terms, or amounts.
Permanent availability of products or plans.
All final conditions will be established by SMARTPAY at the time of approval.
Modifications
Collage Investments reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this website and will take effect upon publication.
